Wholesale is 99% of our business. Our wholesale pre-printed product line (shown on the catalog page) is sold to retailers only. To qualify for wholesale pricing, we require minimum orders of 6 pieces per design (any size breakdown) and a total order quantity of 48 pieces. CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS
At Kimball Concepts, we offer silk-screen printing services for school events, family reunions, company uniforms, sporting teams and band merchandise. We can produce product for jobs as small as 48 shirts and as large as tens of thousands. There are many factors which affect the unit price you will ultimately pay. Keep in mind the following:

1. The more shirts you order, the cheaper the unit price: Most of the cost when printing t-shirts is in setup and pre-production work. Our quoted price is based on machine time. The longer the machine is running, the cheaper the unit cost becomes for you.

2. Color of shirt: Dark t-shirts are always more expensive than white/light colors.

3. Number of printed colors: The more colors you want on your shirt, the more time is required, increasing your unit cost. We offer a maximum of 6 colors.

4. Number of print locations: Printing in multiple locations (i.e. on the front and back) will increase the price. For example, when you print on both sides of a shirt, the garment has to be handled twice, doubling the labor. For example, printing two colors on one side is cheaper than printing one color on two sides of a shirt.
